Strandakar Hotel & Restaurant offers a complete experience of rural luxury, located near Herta Beach in När on the east coast of Gotland. We opened our doors in 2018 and have been members of Petit Hotel since 2019. The hotel features twelve spacious and luxuriously furnished double rooms, as well as a bistro and restaurant with a beautiful inner courtyard. We have approximately 100 seats in the dining room and an additional 60 seats on our outdoor terrace in the courtyard. Our ambition is to be the most welcoming and beautiful meeting place on Gotland.

We combine traditional and modern cooking with influences from around the world, placing a strong emphasis on local ingredients. Many of our herbs and vegetables are grown by ourselves on the property.

We are currently looking for a new team member. During the summer season, you will primarily work with serving. During the low season, we supplement with other tasks to offer a permanent position. There is an opportunity to start immediately.

You are a positive and outgoing person who genuinely enjoys interacting with both colleagues and guests. You love working with the guest in focus, are stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and efficient. You thrive in a team where everyone helps each other. It is an advantage if you have a strong interest in food and beverages, as we work extensively with tasting menus matched with beverage packages.

Please note that we unfortunately do not have any available staff accommodation, so you must have your own housing on Gotland.
