ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant at approx. 62% in Boden. During June–August, working hours may increase to 85–90 %.

The working hours are:

  • Daytime mainly on weekdays, approximately between 08:00–19:00.

Start date is by agreement, and we would be happy if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 60s who prefers staying at home and enjoys watching TV. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has MS.

The tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores.
  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and exercise.
  • Tube feeding.

The client uses a lift, an electric wheelchair, and a shower chair.

  • Very good proficiency in Swedish.

MERITS

  • Experience as a personal assistant or other care experience.

Employment level: 1 position, approx. 62 % (can increase to 85–90 % during June–August).

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits are in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and approve the use of your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting an employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a personal certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you must provide an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
