You have an empathetic and democratic approach towards both students and colleagues. Your pedagogical insight is good, and you have a good understanding that people absorb knowledge in different ways.
Through good relationships combined with varied teaching and working methods, you stimulate students' development and learning so that our students become motivated and challenged to achieve the best possible results.
