Do you want to work in an operation where administration, service, and public benefit meet? We are now looking for an administrator for the Individual and Family Care (IFO) in Ljusnarsberg.

With us, you will have an important role in daily work, acting as support to the operation and being one of the first points of contact for citizens, relatives, and collaborating partners.

About the Operation

IFO in Ljusnarsberg Municipality is responsible for operations including adult and social support, children and family, assistance for the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as the labor market.

As a smaller municipality, we have close cooperation between operations and short decision-making paths. This also means that as an employee, you have the opportunity to take responsibility, influence working methods, and be involved in the development of the operation.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of administrator, you will work closely with social secretaries and managers on various administrative tasks related to the operation.

You will mainly work with:

  • handling incoming mail and distributing documents
  • monitoring functional mailboxes and incoming documents from authorities and courts
  • contact with citizens, relatives, and collaborating partners via phone, email, and visits
  • supporting social secretaries with administrative matters
  • filing and document management
  • bookings, invitations, and meeting administration
  • statistics and summaries
  • other administrative tasks within IFO's operations

The work involves daily contact with people in different life situations and requires professional handling, good structure, and the ability to prioritize.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a high school education and experience in administrative work. Experience from public operations, social services, or other work within authority execution is meritorious.

You have good computer skills and find it easy to get into different operation systems. Experience with filing or document management is meritorious.

To thrive in the role, you need to be structured, service-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating well with others. You must be able to handle periods of high tempo without losing quality or professional attitude.

The work requires good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
