About the operations

Do you want to help create safety, structure, and development for people in their daily lives? We are now looking for one social pedagogue for our SoL housing and two social pedagogues for housing support in Åstorp Municipality. Here you get a meaningful job where relationships, participation, and the individual's own resources are at the center.

The operations include:

• SoL housing
• Housing support in ordinary housing

The target group consists of adults with mental illness, neuropsychiatric and intellectual disabilities, as well as co-morbidity, who need support to create structure, independence, and a functioning daily life.

We work based on:

• the individual's needs and goals
• a pedagogical and motivating approach
• collaboration with internal and external actors

Job responsibilities

As a social pedagogue, you work close to the individual in daily life and provide support based on implementation plans and individual needs.

The tasks include among other things:

• motivating and supportive conversations
• pedagogical support in daily life
• support regarding structure, routines, and social training
• documentation according to current legislation
• collaboration with, for example, social services, psychiatry, and other actors
• preparation and follow-up of implementation plans

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• education as a social pedagogue or other education that the employer considers equivalent
• experience working in social work, psychiatry, support services, or similar areas
• good documentation skills
• Class B driver's license

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

• MI (Motivational Interviewing)
• relapse prevention and co-morbidity
