Job Description

AFRY's Technical Communication department consists of approximately 30 people with expert knowledge in digital training production, 3D visualization, and documentation. We are located at AFRY's offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. We work both in client consulting assignments and in internal projects.

We are currently expanding our team within digital training production and are now looking for a scriptwriter for e-learning production. The position is based in either Stockholm or Gothenburg.

Our clients are found across a wide range of industries, and the subject matter can be virtually anything. We strive to make all our training programs effective and attractive. What do we mean by that? Employee time is money. We filter, structure, and streamline facts, transforming them into pedagogical graphics, film, and animation. In this way, the target audience avoids wading through masses of raw data. Instead, we show them how, when, and what they need to do. Shorter learning times and more engaging materials ensure that knowledge is retained longer.

Qualifications

Training Producer with a Focus on Scriptwriting

You are skilled at listening to and understanding the client's business, situation, and need for assistance. You can understand the client's problems and transform them into a concrete solution, collaborating with a graphic designer to develop a concept. You can lead fact-gathering with the client, asking the right questions to determine how things should work. You are good at structuring and condensing large amounts of information and transforming facts into scenario, film, and animation scripts.

We would like you to have worked for a few years in a similar role, have knowledge of the possibilities offered by different pedagogical approaches, and have an interest in following the development of new technical opportunities within learning. You do not need to be a fully-fledged producer yourself but should understand the interaction possibilities available in various authoring tools.

You possess strong technical understanding, and it is a significant plus if you have worked within the defense industry and/or the automotive sector.
