About the School

Enöglaskolan is a multicultural school covering grades F-9 (preschool class to grade 9) with approximately 550 students.

In 2027, we will move into the newly built Lillsidanskolan, a modern and purpose-built school that will give us even better opportunities to meet the students' needs and create stimulating learning environments.

The school is led by the principal and two deputy principals, together with team leaders from four work teams: F-3, 4-6, 7-9, and the after-school center. The school also has a complete student health team with various functions working closely with the work teams.

Working with us means becoming part of a school with high ambitions and a clear focus on quality and goal achievement. At our school, school development and current research are part of the daily conversation.

Job Responsibilities

Do you want to help shape an after-school center where teaching, care, and learning follow the student throughout the entire day? At Enöglaskolan, we work to create a clear thread from the classroom to the after-school center, where students' development, safety, and curiosity are at the center. We are now looking for a certified teacher with authorization for the after-school center who wants to help further develop our pedagogical work.

About the Assignment

As a teacher for the after-school center, you will become a central part of the school's holistic idea: that the student's day is coherent, structured, and meaningful. You work both in school and in the after-school center and contribute to creating a safe and educational environment where students have the opportunity to grow throughout the entire day.

Here we work long-term, planned, and professionally. This means that the after-school center's operations are based on governing documents and offer planned, varied, and developmental activities. You are part of a work team where you together drive pedagogical development and ensure that teaching maintains high quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, leading, and following up on teaching in the after-school center with a clear connection to governing documents.
• Actively working to create a clear thread between the school day and the after-school center together with teachers and after-school colleagues.
• In meetings with students, you strengthen each child by listening, supporting, and encouraging, with a special focus on their social and personal development.
• You contribute to safety, structure, and joy in students' entire day and are an engaged part of the work team where you participate in the school's joint development work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with authorization for the after-school center and who are passionate about creating teaching that engages, challenges, and includes. You are confident in your leadership, responsive in your interaction with children, and have a genuine interest in developing operations together with colleagues.
