Landvetter Södra Utveckling AB is looking for a Business Developer who wants to contribute to the development of one of Sweden's most ambitious urban development initiatives. We are looking for you who want to work in the early stages, in the borderland between business development and urban development where ideas take off and solutions land.

Your Mission

As a Business Developer, you will have a central role in the development of Landvetter Södra. We are a small organization with a large mission – to build a sustainable city from scratch with the goal of creating a place that enriches, which means you are expected to contribute where there is a need. The team consists of the CEO, Project Manager, and Project Leader, and you will work closely with the municipality, politics, developers, and other partners.

You will, among other things:

• drive business and project development in the early planning and implementation phases with the goal of creating an attractive urban development for stakeholders and investors, as well as an attractive living environment for businesses, visitors, and residents
• participate in detailed planning work as the municipality's developer together with the municipality, consultants, and other developers
• develop the land business linked to a building rights portfolio of approximately 450 residential building rights, as well as building rights for community-beneficial and commercial premises
• coordinate dialogues and collaborations with stakeholders, land-assigned parties, landowners, infrastructure owners, and external actors
• conduct land assignments and negotiate land access, land transfers, and various types of cooperation and implementation agreements
• contribute to strategic decisions related to business models, investment, and implementation
• contribute to the development of sustainable and long-term value-creating urban development solutions

Requirements for the Position

We are looking for you who have at least five years of experience in business and project development within societal construction. You have experience participating in larger urban development projects or consortium-driven development processes and working closely with detailed planning processes and municipal planning issues. You have experience participating in or leading negotiations regarding land and land transfers, as well as conducting land assignments and land transfers. It is an advantage if you have experience from both the private and public sectors, real estate economics, and knowledge of sustainable urban development and innovation-driven societal development.

To obtain employment, a extract from the Police's criminal record must be presented. An extract from the suspicion register may also be required depending on the position.

As part of the process, work psychological tests may be conducted, and the final candidate will undergo a background check.
