Do you want to work with advanced marine systems in technically complex projects where quality, verification, and safety are crucial? In this role, you will become an important part of the work to ensure that advanced system solutions function as intended throughout the entire chain, from requirements and test design to verification, analysis, and acceptance.

You will work closely with Acceptance Managers and cross-functional project teams in development and integration projects involving both software, system integration, and hardware-related testing. This role suits you who want to contribute your experience in verification and testing, and it may also be right for you if you aim to take greater responsibility in acceptance management in the long run. • You plan, design, and conduct verification and acceptance tests for complex system solutions.
• You create test designs based on requirements and system specifications.
• You work with functional and non-functional verification in development and integration projects.
• You lead and follow up on integration tests, regression tests, and system tests.
• You work with requirements management and traceability to ensure a clear link between requirements, tests, and results.
• You report, analyze, and follow up on defects and deviations together with the project team.
• You collaborate closely with developers, system engineers, and project management to create efficient testing and acceptance flows.
• You contribute to building and further developing the company's capabilities in verification and acceptance.

• Several years of experience in verification, testing, and acceptance
• Experience with functional and non-functional testing
• Knowledge in test design and requirements management
• Experience with tools such as Jira, DOORS, or equivalent
• Experience with integration testing and system testing
• Good understanding of work in complex technical projects
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted)

• Experience with test automation
• Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience with safety-critical systems
• Experience from the defense, marine, railway, or telecom industries
• Knowledge in C#, scripting, or technical troubleshooting
