We are now looking for an administrator for a larger company where the role combines administrative tasks with ongoing customer contact.

About the role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately and running through the end of August. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site. There are possibilities for extending the assignment.

💼 Responsibilities

In this role, you work in a customer-facing and broad function where you are responsible for both customer service and administration, serving as the customer's primary point of contact. You build close and long-term relationships with customers and act as the central hub between the customer, traffic control, and other involved parties. The work involves receiving bookings and pickup requests from customers, ensuring all information is correct, and forwarding matters to traffic controllers responsible for the actual pickup. Throughout the entire transport flow, you maintain ongoing contact with the customer and confirm status, from booking to delivery. You coordinate the dialogue between the customer, traffic control, and driver, ensuring information flows in a structured manner.

Once the transport is completed, you handle the administrative follow-up, including invoicing. In case of discrepancies, delays, or if goods need to be traced, you drive the matter forward, conduct searches, and handle complaints in dialogue with the customer and internal functions.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education
• Experience in administration or customer service
• Good computer and system proficiency
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written), good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

To thrive in this role, you are relationship-building and have a clear customer focus. You are calm and composed in your interactions, even when demands are high or the dialogue becomes challenging. You are not afraid to take charge, set boundaries when necessary, and drive issues forward in a professional manner. The role requires you to handle multiple parallel cases simultaneously and switch quickly between different tasks without losing structure or a sense of service. You have a secure way of communicating, are solution-oriented, and possess the mental endurance required to build and maintain long-term customer relationships over time.
