RESPONSIBILITIES

As a night nurse in Skurup Municipality, we offer you the entire municipality as your workplace, in both ordinary and special housing facilities. You are one of three permanent night nurses and work independently as you are the sole nurse on duty at night.

The responsibilities include standard nursing tasks, and you independently assess and perform medical treatments and care interventions. Furthermore, you follow up and document according to current legislation and our quality registers. You have a supervisory role where you lead and distribute work based on available resources, ensuring that all care recipients receive the care and nursing they need.

You are an important part of the collaboration with other colleagues in the B.R.O operations. We are a friendly and experienced team that helps and supports each other in daily work. Together, we take new steps forward towards a sustainable future.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed nurse and have experience working independently in care matters.

We expect you to be positive and forward-thinking, with a genuine interest and commitment to working with people. You enjoy and are stimulated by challenges. A key prerequisite for thriving in the workplace is good and close collaboration with managers and colleagues, and that you are proactive in fostering this. As a person, you are stress-resistant, flexible, responsible, and working in a solution-focused manner is second nature to you. We are looking for someone motivated to be part of the continued development towards good and close care, in collaboration with primary healthcare.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as high social competence and contributing to a good atmosphere within the team.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required for the position.
