Description

Vocational High School Norrköping is primarily seeking a certified vocational teacher for the Electrical Program. You who have at least five years of work experience in the industry are also welcome to apply. Here, students learn a trade from the ground up on real work placements with experienced supervisors. In this position, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge with future electricians. More than half of the students' training time takes place at a workplace, giving them a solid foundation and an advantage on the job market. Our students are prepared in the best possible way for their future professional lives with the support of their supervisors and dedicated educators.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher in Electrical Engineering, or alternatively has at least five years of experience in the industry and a strong drive to teach and mentor students.
• Is an excellent communicator and team player who can act as a bridge between school, students, and industry.
• Has a B driver's license and preferably access to a personal car.
• Has the ability to work independently while being team-oriented, collaborating with colleagues to best prepare students for their future professional lives.

Qualifications

A teaching degree or substantial experience in the industry, along with a desire to inspire and develop the next generation of electricians. Teaching certification and pedagogical experience are desirable but not mandatory.
