Do you want to contribute to the future of recruitment in a global organization?
We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for an exciting parental leave cover.
The production site in Emmaboda is the largest within the Xylem group, and we currently have approximately 1,300 employees. The manufacturing process includes all stages from casting to finished product. In addition to core production activities, the site also houses a distribution center and support functions such as IT, Finance, and HR.
We are looking for you who want to become part of an international team and continue to develop within recruitment.
About the Job
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a central role in the organization's recruitment efforts, driving processes from start to finish. You work closely with managers to understand business needs and ensure successful hires. The role is broad and varied, covering everything from high-volume recruitment to specialist and managerial positions. You are responsible for the entire candidate journey – from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
You also actively contribute to strengthening our Employer Brand by creating attractive job ads, participating in career fairs, and proactively building pipelines with potential candidates. The role involves numerous touchpoints where you collaborate internally and build external relationships, for example with nearby universities.
Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute new ideas and be part of a team focused on collaboration and engagement.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with education in HR, business, psychology, or similar, and/or at least two years of recruitment experience. You must be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and have good computer and system skills.
We believe you are structured, detail-oriented, and adept at handling multiple parallel processes. You are a relationship-builder with strong drive and a genuine interest in people. You thrive in a collaborative environment, work with a results-oriented mindset, and have a desire to continuously develop and improve your working methods.
Equal Value for All
We want people of all skin colors, ages, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities to feel at home, not just at Xylem, but everywhere in the world. For us, diversity, equity, and inclusion mean more than just a policy or a set of methods. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental parts of our corporate culture and a key to long-term growth. Visit us at https://www.xylem.com/sv-se/ (https://www.xylem.com/sv-se/)
