We are now strengthening one of our assistance teams in Nol. Our client requires 24/7 single-person assistance due to a cerebral palsy (CP) injury. She is a young woman in her 20s with interests including music and football. She needs support with practical aspects of her daily life, ranging from hygiene to attending concerts or starting a TV series.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone between the ages of 20 and 40, with a smile on your face. You have an understanding of the client's privacy and preferences. You are present in daily life and provide support without making decisions for the client. Furthermore, we believe that you:

• Are non-smoking during working hours.
• Are between the ages of 20 and 40.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Due to the privacy-sensitive nature of the work, we only accept female applicants in the recruitment process.

About the position

The vacant position is approximately 50% full-time. You will primarily work night shifts, but shorter shifts may also occur occasionally. Weekend work is a mandatory part of the job.
