About Alingsås Animal Hospital
Alingsås Animal Hospital is a modern and well-equipped small animal hospital. We offer qualified veterinary care in medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, and emergency care. Our ambition is to combine high medical competence with a personal approach and close collaboration with pet owners.
Here, an engaged team of veterinarians, licensed veterinary nurses, and animal care workers work together to create a safe and professional work environment. We value competence development, collaboration, and a culture where we support each other in both daily routines and emergency situations.
About the position
To our lovely animal hospital, we are now looking for a colleague for a varied position where you will be stationed at the outpatient clinic, operating room, emergency unit, and possibly the dental department, depending on your interest and knowledge. Support from specialists in canine and feline diseases is available on-site. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and contribute to developing our practice for the benefit of the animals.
We are looking for someone who
- Is a licensed veterinarian with a few years of clinical experience
- Is confident in your professional role and accustomed to making quick decisions
- Has a structured work approach and good teamwork skills
- Thrives in a team environment and wants to contribute to a positive work atmosphere

We are part of the Swedish Veterinary Group, a larger association of veterinary clinics and animal hospitals across Sweden. We collaborate between clinics and help each other with everything from professional advice to further training. In addition to physical and digital training within the group, collaboration through observation (auscultation) with the group's distinguished experts and specialists in various medical fields is also facilitated.
About Alingsås
Alingsås is a charming small town with proximity to both nature and the big city. Here you live in a safe and pleasant environment with lakes, forests, and outdoor activities close by. At the same time, you are only about 30 minutes by train to Gothenburg, giving you access to a broad range of cultural and entertainment options.

- Permanent employment (probation period applies)
- Full-time position (100%), but part-time employment can be discussed.
