Description

The Care Administration is looking for assistant nurses (undersköterska) for the home care service. Permanent full-time position with start date upon agreement.

Job Responsibilities

The work in home care involves providing good care and service to users in their own homes within the framework of assistance decisions according to the Social Services Act. You will also perform health and medical care tasks after delegation from or instruction by a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends. The position is currently within home care, but the employment is with Tanum Municipality, which means you may be transferred to another part of the operations if needs change.

Qualifications

The Care and Nursing Programme with advanced courses in "Care and Nursing for Dementia" and "Elderly Health and Quality of Life", or education that the employer deems equivalent. Approved grades in Swedish 1 and Social Studies at the upper secondary level. We place great importance on your experience in care and nursing work, but we also want you to have good teamwork skills and that you, as a person, enjoy working in someone else's home. To perform the job satisfactorily, you must have good planning skills, be flexible, and independent.

A driver's license is required.

Conditions

Tanum Municipality applies individual salary setting. Requirement that you have the protected professional title of assistant nurse (undersköterska) or are covered by transitional provisions to be offered employment.
