RESPONSIBILITIES

To meet the needs of the operations and to maintain care with high quality and good competence, we now need to strengthen our team with an additional nurse. The main assignment is directed towards LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and social psychiatry. You have your own office and always depart from the nurses' shared facilities before going out for home visits.

Working hours are scheduled and performed during the day, evening, and weekends. The majority of shifts are scheduled during daytime hours, and you work one weekend out of six. During evenings and weekends, you work across several areas: ordinary housing, special housing, short-term care unit, or LSS/psychiatry, which provides a flexible and varied workplace.

The work is carried out from a holistic perspective, considering each patient's individual needs and using a person-centered approach based on the individual's conditions. Close collaboration with other professional categories such as unit manager, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and nursing assistants constitutes a large part of the work.

This is a flexible and varied job where you meet patients with different care needs and support measures. You are challenged with tasks where you put the individual at the center and consider each person's needs and conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience working within LSS or psychiatry. However, for those who have not worked with this target group before, we offer training so that you feel ready for the task. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

We see that you have a positive attitude towards development work and competence development. You have the ability to be flexible and independent in planning and carrying out your interventions.

As a person, you are service-oriented and receptive, and you share your competence. You find it easy to collaborate and find solutions to the challenges that arise.

Before an offer of employment, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented.
A B driving license is required.
