About the Job

Your tasks are to assess and treat patients of all ages. Common conditions among the patients you meet as a physiotherapist are: problems and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental ill-health. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is drawn up.

The work is located at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Some work can be performed remotely. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary care, it is an advantage, but we also welcome you if you are a recent graduate.

We are looking for someone who is sensitive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work in an effective and organized manner based on the operations' goals. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent.

A professional working method and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a matter of course for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Travel during work occurs. A category B driver's license is required.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a telephone interview. Thereafter, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
