Welcome to a values-driven organization
Do you want to work in a team where community, quality, and engagement are in focus? Then you are warmly welcome to Attendo's HSL organization, Nära Vård, where we are passionate about creating safe and meaningful care for our patients. We are now looking for a physiotherapist for our mobile rehab team in the West, based in Gothenburg.
Here, you will become an important part of a competent group of 11 people, consisting of occupational therapists and physiotherapists/chiropractors who today work both individually and together, across professions and within rehab. Together, we work for high patient safety and to create that little extra in everyday life for the elderly in our special housing facilities.
As part of Nära Vård's larger rehab network, you will also have access to active collegial support both in the West and in the rest of the country, where the focus is on quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous development.
Job Description
We are now looking for an engaged and licensed physiotherapist for a permanent full-time position (100%) as our colleague is moving south.
As a physiotherapist here, you have overall responsibility for the patients' rehabilitation. You conduct assessments, plan and carry out measures, document interventions, and prescribe medical technology products based on individual needs. An important part of your work is to supervise and educate nursing staff to ensure safe and high-quality care. You collaborate closely with occupational therapists, nurses, operations managers, and nursing staff.
You will receive support from a group manager with a background as a trained physiotherapist, as well as a large, friendly team of competent colleagues, clear working methods, and routines.
About You
You are a licensed physiotherapist with a genuine interest in elderly care and teamwork. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and independent, and you meet others with humility and professionalism. With a flexible attitude and a pedagogical and communicative approach, you thrive in supervising, inspiring, and creating security in meetings with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
