Welcome to one of Skåne's largest primary healthcare centers, where our approximately 70 dedicated employees care for around 19,000 registered residents. Our healthcare center offers a broad range of competencies, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a psychosocial team, a midwife clinic, a child health center, district nurses, an asthma/COPD clinic, a diabetes clinic, a vaccination clinic, a sexual health clinic, and a geriatric clinic. This is a combined position, 60% physiotherapist / 40% rehabilitation coordinator.

Working as a physiotherapist/physiotherapist with us involves independent assessments, examinations, and treatments of patients. Our working methods also include digital work. We also offer various types of group activities for our patients, so if you have an interest and competence in this, there is an opportunity for such work.

The role of rehabilitation coordinator involves supporting sick-listed patients in the rehabilitation process and facilitating the patient's return to work or entry into the labor market. The rehabilitation coordinator's support and coordination also serve as a resource for the doctor and other health professionals in rehabilitation and sick-leave matters, providing support to the patient. This also includes collaboration with external actors, such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) and employers.

At Capio Primary Healthcare Center Clemenstorget, you will be part of our rehab team, which consists of six physiotherapists and one occupational therapist.

You, the applicant, are a licensed physiotherapist/physiotherapist, confident in both personality and profession, and have a patient-focused approach. We would appreciate it if you had experience with clinic work and previous experience as a rehabilitation coordinator. Previous experience working at a primary healthcare center is meritorious.

As a person, you are positive, confident, and empathetic, and have the ability to organize your work in an efficient manner. You have a pedagogical approach and a holistic thinking with the patient's needs in focus.
