Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Sales Operations team working to develop our store processes. Your main focus will be on analyzing, streamlining, and improving our working methods in the stores – with the goal of offering our customers the very best store experience.

You will handle a variety of tasks, such as:

• Driving themes and projects focused on operational sales, e.g., scheduling tools.
• Implementing and managing both national and international concepts, e.g., digital back-office schedules.
• Ensuring smooth communication between your team, sales, regional colleagues, headquarters, and the international headquarters.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are an experienced project manager with experience from retail, preferably within the grocery industry. Most importantly, you have a good understanding of our store operations and can clearly see how what you do impacts reality in the stores.

Furthermore, we are looking for you who:

• Are goal-oriented, motivated by taking responsibility, and work in a structured and careful manner.
• See potential for improvement, are solution-oriented, and thrive on constantly developing processes and working methods.
• Are unpretentious, trustworthy, and know that the best results are achieved together.
• Have good knowledge of Google tools, especially Sheets and Slides, as creating presentations, training materials, and analyses is a large part of your daily routine.
• Have good communication skills and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
