As a Meeting Booker at Monsefi, you are the first point of contact for business owners across Sweden.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your task is to generate interest, spark curiosity, and book qualified telemarketing meetings for our digital marketing advisors.

You do not sell the entire deal yourself; rather, you open the door. This requires energy, sharpness, social competence, and the ability to read people quickly.

The work is conducted via phone from our office in central Stockholm, where you will sit alongside an ambitious team that works hard, maintains a high pace, and holds each other to high standards.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Are verbal, quick, and confident in social situations
• Can handle setbacks without losing momentum
• Want to develop within communication and business
• Speak fluent Swedish

Previous experience in appointment setting or sales is advantageous but not decisive. We place greater emphasis on drive, discipline, and personality.
