With us, you have the most fun part-time job, giving you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to participate in sports activities. You will also gain valuable experience and qualifications in leadership and group management.

We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1–4.

We are looking for you who:

• Love working with children.
• Have a natural sense of rhythm and timing in your body.
• Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children. Alternatively, you have a long sports background and have led children in other contexts (e.g., preschool, school, or babysitting).

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt? 🐰

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with balls. We mix different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work from a pre-planned session structure, meaning all sports courts, exercises, and games are carefully planned. As a leader, you can focus entirely on spreading wonderful joy of movement!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership course, and become part of a fantastic leadership team with over 300 leaders.

✨ You will simply have the most fun part-time job, gaining experience and qualifications in working with children's groups.

📅 Information about the employment:

• Hourly employment.
• The work takes place during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on Saturdays at Hagaskolan from 09:00–10:00.
• Approx. 1–2 hours/week.

QUALIFICATIONS: You are welcome to be studying (or have completed) preschool teacher education or similar. It is an advantage if you have studied the aesthetic program in upper secondary school, worked as a group fitness instructor, have other dance training, or similar. This is not a requirement to apply – the right personality is what matters most.
