CloudCharge offers a SaaS platform for managing electric vehicle charging and helps companies, housing associations, and workplaces administer, control, and optimize charging infrastructure.

About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you are responsible for driving new customer sales in the Nordic market, primarily within housing associations, workplaces, hotels, and parking facilities. You work with the entire sales process – from prospecting and initial contact to presentation, quotation, and signed contract. The role is operational, outbound-focused, and involves significant independent responsibility.

You will work closely with the CEO and Customer Support in an entrepreneurial organization with a high pace and short decision-making paths.

Furthermore, this is the first dedicated sales role within CloudCharge, offering a unique opportunity to be involved from the beginning and influence both working methods, customer handling, and the continued commercial development of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and contacting new customers
  • Scheduling and conducting customer meetings and presentations
  • Driving deals from first contact to contract
  • Working systematically in CRM
  • Following up on leads and pipeline
  • Supporting customers during onboarding and implementation
  • Building long-term customer relationships

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating new business and is motivated by high activity, customer dialogue, and driving processes forward. You are energetic, resilient, and have strong self-drive. You do not give up after a few 'no's, but continue creating new opportunities through high activity and structured follow-up.

We believe you have experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or digital services, but you may also come from subscription, alarm, or other proactive sales roles where new customer acquisition and resilience were key to success.

In addition, you have:

  • A 3-year university degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in successful B2B SaaS sales with a focus on outbound sales and new customer acquisition.
  • Good technical understanding and interest, preferably within EV charging or related technology areas
  • Experience with CRM and digital tools
  • A valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing. Other Nordic languages are a plus.

If you also have experience from EV charging, PropTech, Energy tech, or other technology-related industries, it is a plus, but the right personality, energy, and drive are most important.
