Job Description
We are now looking for our next team member to join our purchasing department at our headquarters in Gothenburg. Are you solution-oriented and do you have a good head for numbers? Do you also love solving crosswords? Then you might be the one we are looking for.
In the role of Administrator, you will work broadly with administration and documentation of various kinds. Furthermore, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and have a good head for numbers. We particularly welcome applications from those who speak German!
Examples of tasks
- Documentation, administration, and maintenance of our article database
- Check invoices and supporting documents
- Process price inquiries and invoice discrepancies
- Prepare marketing materials and compile ordering documents.
Your Profile
- We believe you have previous administrative experience
- You are structured and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, even under high pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- You are meticulous and quality-conscious, maintaining a high standard in your work
- The role requires many different interfaces, demanding high communication skills
- You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work
- Basic knowledge of German is highly meritorious
- Previous experience in the construction or retail industry is meritorious
