What you will do
As a Service Agent, you will:
- Meet our customers via phone and create positive customer experiences
- Guide our customers to find solutions to their banking matters
- Counteract digital exclusion and make our customers feel comfortable with our digital services
- Handle everything from simple questions to more complex customer cases

Your background and competencies include:
- Completed and approved upper secondary education
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It would be valuable if you also:
- Have relevant and current work experience in customer-facing service roles, preferably within banking/finance/insurance
- Have education in economics
Terms of Employment
We offer a permanent full-time position starting August 10, 2026. We apply a 12-month probation period, which is standard for our appointments. In this role, you work on a rolling schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts. Work shifts are distributed on weekdays from 7:45–20:15 and Sundays from 8:45–17:15.
