The Education Administration is responsible for all operations within the municipality's preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, after-school centers, upper secondary schools, and adult education.

Norrbackaskolan is a preschool to grade 6 school in Märsta, located near forests and meadows. We have two classes per grade level from preschool class to grade 6, as well as a preparatory class with students of various ages.
Our work is based on creating equal and accessible education where all students have the opportunity to reach as far as possible in their knowledge development. The learning environments are designed with a focus on safety, participation, and study peace.

Currently, we are engaged in development work with a particular focus on the quality of teaching. We are looking for employees who want to be an active part of this work and who, together with us, want to contribute to creating a sustainable learning environment where every student can succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will help create meaningful activities, build relationships, and work both preventively, promotively, and remedially.
• In your role, you will have the opportunity to help students grow socially, emotionally, and in their relationships.
• You will support conflict management, develop students' social skills, and actively participate in the work regarding safety at the school.
• You are also responsible for investigating and documenting harassment cases, following up on these together with both colleagues and guardians, and conducting important conversations.
