We are currently looking for a Systems Specialist in Lobby/Power BI for an exciting assignment with a client in Stockholm, Järfälla, with the possibility of working from Gothenburg or Jönköping. This role is ideal for you who have experience with BI solutions, visualization, and ERP flows, and wish to contribute to business development through data-driven solutions.

You will initially be employed as a consultant via Poolia and work on-site at the client’s premises in a business-oriented and developmental environment. The assignment is scheduled to start in August 2026 and run until February 2027, with the possibility of extension.

In the role of Systems Specialist, you will work with visualization and BI related to ERP flows in a complex business environment. You will be involved in creating production value through improved visualization of real-time data and contribute to the development of the business's information systems and processes.

Tasks may include the following:

• Develop and improve BI solutions and dashboards
• Visualize and analyze real-time data linked to ERP flows
• Participate in business development close to production and information systems
• Analyze requirement specifications and develop improvement proposals
• Collaborate with various parts of the business to identify development opportunities
• Work with troubleshooting, optimization, and further development of solutions within BI and related systems

The position is located in Gothenburg, Jönköping, or Stockholm, where travel to production units will be a natural part of the job.

We would like you to have:

• Knowledge of ERP flows and basic knowledge of system development
• Experience in business development related to information systems
• Experience working in complex business environments
• Experience with BI solutions and the development of visual dashboards
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
