Do you want to work closely with a social, active, and charming 21-year-old woman with autism and epilepsy? We are now looking for you who want to take on a combined role as Team Leader and Personal Assistant in her team. She lives in her own house in Vellinge and enjoys walks, music, and social activities. It is important to her that you are engaged, open, and act as a positive force in daily life. Around her is a stable team of personal assistants who have worked together for a long time. We are now looking for you who can lead the work group and create the best conditions for both the service user and the team.

About the Role

The position begins with you working as a Personal Assistant during an extended introductory period. Afterward, your responsibilities will expand to include team leadership.

The work requires great commitment and focus to get close to, understand, and get to know her. This forms the basis for mapping needs, creating functional structures, and building a sustainable whole around the support services. We are looking for someone who is unpretentious, responsible, and has good knowledge of – and above all, understanding of – autism. You are curious, solution-oriented, and have a strong desire to create a safe and functional daily life. The role involves significant responsibility for another person's life, so long-term commitment is a key ambition.

Responsibilities as Team Leader

• Staffing
• Ongoing scheduling
• Social documentation
• Follow-up and evaluation of the assignment
• Create routines and structure
• Communication with assistants and external parties

We are looking for you who

• Can work independently and make your own decisions
• Have a high level of commitment and personal maturity
• Are enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to develop
• Have the ambition to stay in the assignment for a long time
• Experience in personal assistance, social pedagogy, low-arousal approach, and/or AAC is meritorious but not a requirement.

• Working hours: Rolling schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Mandatory education and supervision are included.
