The Role of Sales & Business Developer
As a Sales & Business Developer at PS Finance Group, your mission is to build and maintain strong customer relationships within debt collection. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, and building your own client portfolio with a focus on long-term success. Together with our sales and marketing team, you will develop our new sales and contribute to the company's continued growth.
At PS Finance Group, we offer smart solutions that improve companies' cash flows and ensure that payments flow in as they should.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is driven by creating results and building long-term customer relationships. You are social, energetic, analytical, and results-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are accustomed to working towards set goals. With high social competence, you have an easy time communicating and building good relationships with both customers and business partners.
The position involves regular travel to Norway, so you should be flexible and prepared to travel as needed. We are looking for someone who:
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish, English, and Norwegian.
- Thrives in a fast pace and is motivated by working towards clear goals.
- Is a skilled communicator who easily builds trust with customers and business partners.
- Is results-driven and business-minded; you see business opportunities and act on them.
- Is resilient and can maintain focus, as B2B deals are often complex and require long-term commitment.
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B), as the role involves travel.
Merits
- Experience in strategic sales – preferably within B2B.
- Deep understanding of the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field from a university or vocational college, e.g., in economics, sales, or Account Management.
