Addovation is a Nordic IT service company that offers business systems and IT solutions that streamline our customers' business-critical operational processes. With business systems such as IFS and Oracle NetSuite, along with services within operations, development, integration, Data & Insight, and our own products that maximize the value of these systems, we can offer our customers long-term and comprehensive support.

The Addovation team currently consists of around 200 consultants working as advisors, experts, and developers. We are located in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Sri Lanka.

About the role

As an Accountant here, you will play a central role in the daily accounting work for the Addovation group. You will handle everything from ongoing accounting reconciliations and accounts payable to year-end closing, annual reports, and regulatory reporting. You will work broadly but with a focus on Sweden, collaborating closely with colleagues in the internal finance team. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and efficiency improvement of our financial processes.

The role is varied and provides the opportunity to shape content and responsibilities based on both business needs and your own interests. You will report to the Group Accounting Lead, who will be your manager and support in daily operations.

Your experience

You likely have a post-secondary education in economics or accounting and a few years of experience in qualified accounting work. You are accustomed to working independently, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple parallel tasks. More specifically, we are looking for someone who has:

• Good knowledge of ongoing bookkeeping, year-end closing, and reconciliations
• Very good Excel skills and experience working in financial systems
• Experience with Swedish regulations, VAT, taxes, and social security contributions

We would be especially pleased if you also have…

• Experience working in an international group environment
• Experience with improvement or digitalization projects within finance
• Experience working with audits and internal controls
