I am a happy and driven man who, after a spinal cord injury, lives an active and fulfilling life in the countryside just outside Västerås, together with my family. I am now looking for a new team member who wants to become part of our fantastic team.

My days involve everything from morning and evening routines, exercise, and personal hygiene to cooking, work, and simply enjoying life. Sometimes it's fast-paced, and sometimes it's calm and relaxing. I love music, films, board games, and video games, and I enjoy spending time on the lake. Mental health and well-being are close to my heart.

Who are you?

You are a calm, positive, and independent person with good interpersonal skills. You have a natural ability to sense when and how your support is needed, and you thrive both taking initiative and collaborating. Personal chemistry, trust, and flexibility are what matter most to us – not formal education.

You are attentive, respectful, and understand the importance of me having control over my own life. You are non-smoking, have a driver's license, and access to a car (we live in the countryside). Above all, you want to help create a safe and pleasant daily life where we can laugh together and tackle the day's tasks as a team.

What we offer you:

• 100% position with a highly appreciated work schedule:
• Work shifts: 07:00–19:00
• Rolling 4-week schedule: 2 days work / 2 days off – 3 days work / 2 days off – 2 days work / 3 days off
• Off every other weekend
• Opportunity for a long-term collaboration – we want you to enjoy the job and stay
• A small, tight-knit group where everyone supports each other
• Starting salary approx. 30,400 SEK/month (incl. 12% vacation pay) at 100%
• Wellness allowance of 2,500 SEK/year for a fully earned year

The position is available from August 1, 2026.
