A regular job. But with more wiiie! Since 1923, we have brought people together to meet, laugh, and enjoy each other's company. Soon, it will be your turn to join us. With us, you don't just work in an amusement park – you work in a whole world of experiences: rides, music, good food, hotels, shows, gardens, camping – and soon, an entirely new water world. We are open year-round, in different seasons and at different paces – but the joy is always there. And it is you who helps create it. Here, the job is both big and small, everyday and exciting, full of speed but with room for reflection. A regular job. But with more wiiie!
This is what we offer you (and a bit more!)
Everyday life and excitement. Here, the internship is both fun and real.
Colleagues and a neighborhood feel. Here you will find experts on everything from spinning rides to smart Excel documents. Different jobs, different corners of the same warm neighborhood.
Value before profit. We are owned by the city. What you do contributes to something bigger than ourselves.
Courage and method. We try new things – but always with sustainability in focus. Being at the forefront requires both ideas and reflection. Here, you find both.
The People & Culture function brings together Liseberg's work with everything related to employees and the employee experience – from recruitment and employer branding to system administration and payroll. For the autumn, we are looking for an intern who wants to join our recruitment team for 20 weeks and contribute to creating a smooth, warm, and professional candidate experience – and drive recruitment processes that are a little out of the ordinary.
You are part of the team With us, you quickly become part of the team and find your place in everyday life. You will meet people in many different contexts – from interviews to presentations in front of larger groups – and have the opportunity to develop through interactions with both candidates and colleagues. Here, you are encouraged to share thoughts, test ideas, and build relationships with people from all over Liseberg's operations. Together, we create an open and inclusive environment where engagement, collaboration, and curiosity can thrive.
This is what a typical day looks like
As an intern in our Talent Acquisition team, you will support daily recruitment and plan and conduct primarily group interviews with candidates. When you are not participating in interviews, you work with all types of administration related to recruitment.
Your to-do list today: create magic, by:
Planning, preparing, presenting, and participating in group and individual interviews based on a competency-based approach.
Recruitment administration in the form of selection, booking interviews, matching and sharing candidates, as well as administrative support throughout the entire recruitment process.
Maintaining close dialogue with candidates, the team, and key players within the organization.
The internship gives you broad experience in working with volume recruitment and coordinating large numbers of candidates. You gain insight into how a larger organization operates, with knowledge of administration, coordination, seniority rights, and types of employment.
Do we match?
We are looking for you who are an engaged team player with a strong interest in recruitment. You are structured, solution-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while also appreciating focused periods together with colleagues. You are confident in leading and managing groups and ensure that every candidate receives a professional and positive treatment that reflects Liseberg as a workplace.
Do you have what it takes for the ride?
Education in Personnel Science, HR, or equivalent.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Merit-based experience includes recruitment experience, labor law competence combined with previous experience in service roles. If you are accustomed to handling large volumes of candidates both practically and administratively, you might be exactly who we are looking for!
