About the Role

We are looking for an engaged and qualified licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist who wishes to contribute to high-quality care and development. Do you have a professional approach, good ability to structure your work, and a desire to contribute to a common whole? Do you thrive working independently but also enjoy bouncing ideas around in a secure collegial setting? Then you might just fit in with us! You will work with individual conversations, psychological assessment, and treatment for adults seeking help for mild to moderate mental health issues. You will also participate in teamwork to ensure the best possible support for our clients. Currently, the team consists of licensed psychologists with extensive clinical experience. We have close collegial collaboration with regular work meetings and group supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessment and treatment within a CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) approach.
• Contribute to the development of the business through, among other things, supervision and collegial collaboration.
• Participate in projects based on interest and experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist (required).
• Experience in primary care is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
