Job Description

We are looking for someone who is interested and wants to continue developing home care services in Bromölla. We think innovatively and work in new ways to meet future needs.

As an assistant nurse with us, you will engage in some of the most meaningful work there is: creating a safe, dignified, and meaningful everyday life for our elderly citizens. You will become an important part of a dedicated team where we, with strong team spirit, work together to provide support and care in accordance with the Social Services Act.

To meet future needs, we work on rethinking and adopting new ways of working. We offer several working time models, including weekend and evening shifts. We also have service teams handling cleaning, laundry, and shopping.

We are launching a psychiatric care unit for users with greater psychiatric needs, as well as units specialized in dementia care.

We have assistant nurses working with digital home care, medication devices, digital dose dispensers, and technical aids that we distribute ourselves. Examples include Diana, a cleaning aid for toilet visits, and Rotobed, a turning bed that helps the user get in and out of bed independently. We strive to stay at the forefront and constantly develop new working methods and digital aids that make life easier for both our users and our staff.

We have already introduced evening and weekend shifts as part of our efforts to improve schedules for our employees.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position:

• Trained assistant nurse.
• Previous experience in the profession is preferred.
• Further education as a specialist assistant nurse is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid B-class driver's license.
