Förslöv is located on the scenic Bjäre Peninsula in northwestern Scania. Förslöv Health Centre is growing and we now have approximately 6,280 registered patients and 20 dedicated employees working in teams for the patient's benefit. Our premises have also been expanded, and the operations have been conducted in completely newly renovated facilities since autumn 2022.
We offer good accessibility with high quality and professional treatment. Our goal is good health and quality of life for our patients, ensuring they connect with the right person and receive the right care. We offer a doctor's office, child health centre (BVC), district nurse clinic, as well as specialist clinics for conditions such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, and elderly care. Physiotherapists, counsellors, occupational therapists, and dietitians also work here.

Job Description
We are now looking for a Specialist Training Physician (ST-läkare) who wants to become part of our team. We offer a supportive training environment with continuous supervision on your path to specialist physician competence.
Here, you will have the opportunity to follow various care pathways with complex considerations in close collaboration with competent colleagues and our care partners. Additionally, you will work with common tasks at the health centre, such as your own clinic with both planned and acute visits, child health centre (BVC), home care, and special housing. Furthermore, you will serve as a support to nurses and other healthcare staff in their work.
Your role plays an important function at the health centre, and it is therefore expected that you are ready to take an active role in the care provided under supervision. Team collaboration, where different competencies and experiences enrich and complement each other, is fundamental to our way of working.
It is important to us that you receive an individually adapted introduction based on your previous experience, and we consider it a given that you receive support from colleagues to thrive in your new role. Our operations are development-oriented, and you will be involved and driving in our various improvement and development projects together with us.
Qualifications
We welcome you who are a licensed physician with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare. If you have a foreign medical degree, documentation from the National Board of Health and Welfare must be presented proving that you are authorized to work as a physician in Sweden. To be considered for the position, approved internship (AT) or basic training (BT) service is required. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 on the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. Previous experience working in primary care is an advantage.

A permanent position as a Specialist Training Physician may be preceded by a fixed-term position as an assistant physician for a period of three to six months, in accordance with regional guidelines for the appointment of Specialist Training Physicians in Primary Care.
