RESPONSIBILITIES

At the Individual and Family Unit, we work with authority exercises within child welfare, family law, harmful substance use and addiction, and domestic violence. As Senior Social Secretary, you, together with the unit managers, are responsible for leading and distributing daily work, as well as providing support and guidance both individually and in groups. Your assignment includes ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with current legislation and is conducted based on current knowledge, proven experience, and good quality. You keep up to date with legislation and implement changes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Are you our new Senior Social Secretary? We are looking for you who are a social worker with at least five years of experience in authority exercises within municipal social services. If you also have experience in leadership or managerial roles, it is a strong merit.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with BBIC, harmful substance use and addiction, domestic violence, and is confident in your knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Is a clear and communicative leader with the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively. You have the ability to drive processes forward.
• Are accustomed to documenting and writing various types of materials and have very good computer skills.
• Have a coaching approach and are a relationship builder with a focus on collaboration.
