WORK TASKS

We are now looking for you who enjoy the freedom of working on-call hours for the municipality's nurse group, ssk-jour!

As a nurse in the ssk-jour group, you work evenings and/or nights according to a schedule. You are responsible for the entire Hörby Municipality in your role as the on-call nurse. In the evening, you are responsible, together with a colleague, for the municipality's combined needs for home healthcare in ordinary housing, in our special housing, and within the disability support services. We are now looking for a colleague for evening work.

In the role of on-call nurse, you work in close cooperation with day-time nursing responsible nurses, staff in ordinary and special housing, as well as the municipality's night patrol. The work includes, in addition to planned and unplanned visits, guidance, supervision, and training of staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and have previous experience in municipal home healthcare. You need to be secure in your professional role and able to work independently. As a person, you are stress-resistant and comfortable with making priorities in your work, you are confident regarding assessments of health and medical care needs, and have the ability to guide and supervise staff. The job requires medical competence, independence, and flexibility.

We place great value on good cooperation skills, a positive attitude, and commitment to both patients and colleagues. To thrive in the job, you need to be change- and development-oriented, engaged, and receptive, as well as having the ability to create a good work climate.

You have good computer skills and express yourself well in speech and writing. Documentation is done in LifeCare. Other systems we use are TES and APPVA. Experience with these systems is meritorious.

Category B driver's license is a requirement.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Working hours: Evening shifts.
