We are now looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer who wants to contribute to the development of our platforms, such as UR Play and our CMS Edith, and help us open doors for more.

What you will do here

As a Fullstack Developer, you are responsible for developing and optimizing our digital platforms with the user in focus. Among other things, you will:

• Develop and optimize UR Play and CMS Edith with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Implement new technology to create innovative and user-friendly digital services.
• Use AI as an integrated part of the development work — in coding, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to build solutions that maintain high quality and are easy to further develop.
• Take full responsibility for what you build – from idea and architecture to operations (“You build it, you run it”).

Your team and workplace

The team within the Digital department works agilely according to Scrum. The team consists of developers, UX designers, and product owners with an open and supportive culture. We work closely with other teams and have our workplace at Gärdet in Stockholm. We apply a 4:1 rule, meaning you can work one day from home.

To build the learning of the future, we work with a modern stack that includes:

• Next.js and TypeScript
• Postgres as the database
• AI support in development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
• Kubernetes for container management
• DevOps/GitOps with ArgoCD and CI/CD flows
• Testing with Jest and Playwright
