Welcome to Campus Kronhusgatan! This campus houses two schools, NTI Kronhus and NTI Handelsgymnasiet, which together have just over 600 students across 5 different upper secondary programs: TE, EE, NA, EK, and FS.

We are now looking for a social pedagogue to join our excellent student health team.

About the position

As a social pedagogue here, you will work together with the student health team and staff to promote and prevent issues based on the school's goals, plans, and governing documents. You will support the staff in their work regarding students' safety, well-being, and active attendance. Occasionally, there may be a need for specific interventions in groups to ensure the safety and study environment for all students, and you may be present during these periods. You are expected to participate in investigations of bullying cases, be involved in the school's equality and values group, and assist in analyzing school culture.

The position also includes mentoring a group of students.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a social pedagogue who has experience with and enjoys working with young people, while also being a responsible adult among them. You have a warm demeanor, provide positive reinforcement, but are also clear about boundaries and expectations. You are an expert in creating safe and good relationships. You are proactive and take initiative, but are also a team player who listens attentively to the other competencies within the school's student health team and management. You collaborate easily with students, guardians, and staff, and possess strong communication skills and a professional attitude. You spend most of your time out among the students in the school corridors and break areas.
