to apply for the job

We are now looking for a personal assistant who wishes to move to a permanent schedule after a probationary period. We are looking for a calm and responsible assistant who can work varied shifts on weekdays and weekends, with hours scheduled between 10:00-18:00 and 18:00-10:00. This includes 6 hours of on-call duty during the night, which should not be a hindrance. You will start as an hourly substitute.

Who are we looking for?

You are empathetic, responsible, and have a strong physique to perform transfers. You are proactive, social, and put the customer at the center of your work. You need to understand and speak fluent Swedish.

You need to have a manual driver's license as the customer has a private car that may be used in the service. You should not be allergic to cats as the customer has a cat in the home.

About the customer

The customer is a 56-year-old woman. She needs help taking care of her home, which includes cooking, cleaning, washing clothes, shopping, etc. Your job is to do what the customer would have done herself without her disability, without taking over tasks that the person can perform themselves.

She preferably sees you as a female applicant over 25 years old. You should be living in or near Rönninge/Salem to have the opportunity to be available even with short notice. You are welcome to have previous experience working as a personal assistant.

It is highly meritorious if you enjoy food (particularly Asian cuisine) and nature.

We welcome your application!

Terms of Employment

You will start working as an hourly employee, but there is a chance for a permanent schedule once you have started your employment.

Start Date

We would like you to be available immediately. In the beginning, you will attend introductory shifts together with an experienced assistant so that you can subsequently work independently.

Application

Send in your CV and a personal cover letter. Describe yourself, your experiences and qualifications, and what makes you specifically suited for this work.
