We are looking for you who want to strengthen the agency's mission. Work and Social Assistance is an exciting and developing workplace. The Team Leader is responsible for the operational part of the unit and is therefore the one who leads and distributes the work. You work closely with the work group to propose and strengthen parts of the operations that contribute to goals and results. You are also actively participating in developing proposals for the development of the unit and strengthening quality and efficiency. As a Team Leader, you are part of the unit's management group together with other Team Leaders and Unit Managers. You are an important person in our development and quality work to achieve a social service with high quality.

Who are you?

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in team leadership
• 3 years of work experience within public administration/agency
• Social Work degree or other education that the employer considers equivalent
• Ability to investigate and make decisions regarding the right to financial assistance based on the Social Services Act
• Experience of change and improvement work within the area of social assistance

Merits:

• Experience within agency operations at other agencies
• Multilingualism
• Class B driver's license

Important for the position is a genuine commitment to the entire unit's areas of operation and good cooperation skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
