Do you want to work in a varied role where finance and administration meet in a family-oriented and down-to-earth business? Gunnarshögs Gård is now looking for you who wants a broad and varied role within finance and administration and to become an important part of the daily work surrounding the company's financial function.
This is a newly established position where you will work closely with the company's finance manager and become an integral part of the daily operations. In the role of Finance Assistant with a broad administrative role, you will have a varied day-to-day life where finance, administration, and collaboration are in focus.
About Gunnarshögs Gård AB
We who run Gunnarshögs Gård are named Erik and Anja. We have the privilege of living and working in the beautiful nature of Österlen, in a rolling landscape among golden rapeseed fields. Here, the raw materials are grown which we then process and sell in our farm shop and to retailers around the country.
Gunnarshögs Gård is a family farm that has belonged to the Nilsson family since 1897. The business has developed from a traditional farm to an innovative food company focusing on cold-pressed rapeseed oil. The rapeseed is grown on our own farm or very nearby, which gives full control over the entire production – from seed to bottle.
We hope and believe that our local production contributes to a more vibrant countryside, sustainable development, and the opportunity to make healthy choices with high quality of life.
Now Gunnarshögs Gård is looking for another employee who wants to become part of the operations and contribute to the company's continued development.
Your responsibilities
In this broad and varied role, you will among other things work with:
Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting
Customer and supplier accounts
Invoicing, payments, and reminder handling
Bank reconciliations and handling of expenses
Archiving and document management
Support during monthly and annual closing
Administrative support to the finance manager and management
We are looking for you who
We are looking for you who has a secondary education in economics, has good knowledge of ongoing accounting, and experience from broad administrative and finance-related roles. If you also have experience from agriculture and/or manufacturing companies and knowledge within payroll, that is also a merit. You are used to working in financial systems, have good computer skills, and feel confident in Excel. If you have previously worked in Pyramid Business, we see it as a merit. You master Swedish well in both speech and writing.

About the position
The position is 100%, but part-time at 80% or more can be discussed. Appointment will be made according to agreement.
