Childcare Worker 100% sought for Solrosens Preschool in Kode

Do you want to work at a smaller rural preschool where nature, security, and the child's best interests are at the center? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

Solrosens Preschool in Kode is now seeking an engaged and experienced childcare worker on a full-time basis (100%) for our operations.

Here, we work in a calm and nature-oriented environment where forests, animals, and beautiful surroundings are a natural part of the children's daily lives and learning. We believe in the competent child and work to create secure, independent, and curious children in a warm and developmental environment.

We are a small preschool with small child groups where relationships, presence, and quality are in focus. The child is always at the center of our work.

We are looking for you who:

• are trained as a childcare worker
• have experience working in preschools
• have good ability to collaborate and create secure relationships
• are engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented
• master the Swedish language very well, both in speech and writing
• have a professional attitude and good interpersonal skills

Meritorious:

• knowledge or experience of Montessori pedagogy

Montessori knowledge is meritorious but not a requirement.

Other:

A driver's license and access to a car are highly desirable as the preschool is located in a rural area with limited opportunities for regular public transport.
