RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an employee with good knowledge and experience working with individuals with various disabilities. You are flexible, confident, have good collaboration skills, and provide respectful treatment. You appreciate challenges and the variety between independent work and collaboration with others.

You lead the work where participants should feel that they control their own development, abilities, and create conditions for self-determination and integrity. The goal is active and meaningful engagement where one can develop socially and find a context in which they wish to participate.

The position is located at Hälleberget in Stenkullen. The unit has a main focus on media, music, and health/wellness. At Hälleberget, there are currently two support pedagogues and seven support assistants. The participant group has varying support needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Educated as a nursing assistant, leisure-time pedagogue, support pedagogue, support assistant, or equivalent.
• Category B driver's license and computer skills.
• Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
• Advantageous with experience working in day activities (day programs).

Start date: According to agreement.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Working hours: Daytime.
