Business Assistant Part-time/Seasonal

As our CEO needs assistance, we are looking for a neat and responsible person with previous experience in administration.

Since our products are seasonal, the position is part-time, 20 hours/week from March to October. There may be opportunities for more hours as well as work during the winter months as the company expands.

Your Profile

A possible background is that you have previous experience as an office manager or administrator. You will work independently with your own responsibility. You need to be service-oriented towards customers, suppliers, and internally.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO with all common administrative tasks such as answering emails, sending out samples, and other services to the warehouse and sales departments.
• Help with inventory, administration, and deliveries.
• If you have experience updating websites and social media, it is a plus, but not a requirement.

Since the position involves many different tasks, you have the opportunity to influence the design of the role, but we value a pleasant work environment.

You will have significant responsibility as the CEO is not always on site. The challenge for you will be to be an important part of a company that is developing and expanding.
