VGR is looking for an engaged and strategic Process Leader who wants to lead and develop collaboration processes between municipalities, the region, and other actors.

In this role, you will become a key person contributing to long-term improvements and concrete results for residents. You will work closely with our sub-regional coordinator and together contribute to a well-functioning collaboration structure.

Responsibilities

As a Process Leader, you are responsible for planning, driving, and coordinating processes that involve multiple organizations and professions. You serve as a support and contact point for collaboration partners and work to create shared vision, clear goals, and structured working methods with the resident in focus.

The work involves facilitating meetings, documenting progress, following up on decisions, and supporting the implementation of joint initiatives. The role is activity-neutral and based on the needs of the user and the individual. The assignment will also evolve over time based on current issues in the area.

Key Tasks

  • Lead, coordinate, and support collaboration processes and cross-sectoral projects.
  • Create conditions for dialogue, shared vision, and participation among involved actors.
  • Identify needs, formulate goals, and follow up on results and agreements.
  • Represent Healthcare Collaboration in county-wide forums and act as a contact and information carrier between regional and sub-regional levels.
  • Monitor national, regional, and local issues related to the assignment.
  • Ensure regular follow-up of activities and goals.
  • Lead, document, and follow up on preparatory and management work in designated assignments.
  • Report and inform continuously to relevant steering and working groups, such as the Coordination Group, Political Consultation Group, Theme Groups, and Area Collaboration (NOSAM).
  • Contribute to the development of working methods and routines within the collaboration area.

Qualifications

  • Experience in development and change work within one of the collaborating organizations; experience from both municipalities and the region is advantageous.
  • Relevant university degree.
  • Strategic ability and holistic perspective combined with a structured and independent working style.
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, as well as a service-oriented and collaborative approach.
  • Experience in process leadership and collaboration across organizational boundaries is advantageous.

Employment Type: Permanent.
Duration: Permanent.

Conditions:
You will be employed by the Region of Västra Götaland. Working hours during the day. Work location: Lerum and Alingsås.

Other:
Interviews will begin in August.
