About the position

At Bonzi, we are looking for new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants with varying employment levels between 25–75%, for our client living in Södertälje. As a personal assistant, you are an important support in the client's daily life. Your workplace is where the client is, and the work is characterized by presence, attentiveness, and the ability to read situations and stay one step ahead.

Important: The client is only seeking female assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines.
• Accompanying on everyday activities.

The position involves varying shifts on weekdays and weekends:

• 12:00–22:00 (with the possibility of splitting into two shifts).
• 09:00–22:00 on weekends (with the possibility of splitting into two shifts).

About the client

The client is an 18-year-old girl interested in animals and crafts. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life due to a mental disability. You need to be attentive, able to read situations, and stay one step ahead to create security and structure.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You are empathetic, socially aware, and have a good ability to understand others' situations. As a person, you are solution-oriented, take initiative, are responsible, and reliable.

There are animals in the home – a rabbit, dog, and cat. Therefore, you cannot be allergic to fur-bearing animals.

Merits:

• Driver's license and access to a car.
• Experience working with individuals with self-harming behaviors.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with varying hours, both weekdays and weekends.
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of experience working as a personal assistant or within care and social services.
• Not allergic to fur-bearing animals (dog, cat, and rabbit are present in the home).

Scope: 2 positions with varying employment levels (25–75%) and 1 substitute as needed.

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We offer individual salary setting. Other benefits are in accordance with the collective agreement.

Things to consider before applying:

Since the position may involve working alone, night shifts, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
