Skogsro Familj HVB is now seeking hourly substitute staff who want to make a difference for children and parents in need of support.

At Skogsro Familj HVB, we work with care assessments and family-supportive treatment for parents, children, and pregnant women. Our work is based on a salutogenic and systems-theoretical perspective where security, structure, and relationship-building are in focus.

We are looking for you who are:

• flexible and confident in meeting different situations
• empathetic and have a good approach to people
• clear and stable in your communication
• analytical and able to identify the needs of the individual and the family

You should have a genuine interest in working with people. You handle giving and receiving feedback well. At Skogsro, you as an employee are ready to give that little extra that can make a difference for the individual.

In addition to the direct work with the families, the tasks also include household duties and documentation.

Experience from work within HVB (residential care), social work, treatment, or care is meritorious, but personal suitability is highly valued.

We believe that the hourly substitute position is perfect for, for example, social work students who want to work extra alongside their studies.

The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.

Good bus connections are available from both Umeå and Skellefteå.
