• You create, update, and quality-assure technical documentation in UPTIME 4 or similar XML/CMS tools.
• You write and structure instructions for maintenance, repair, testing, troubleshooting, and software usage.
• You collaborate with technical specialists and other stakeholders to collect, clarify, and translate information into clear instructions.
• You adapt content and language so that the documentation is consistent, easy to follow, and practical in use.
• You communicate with operations in both Swedish and English when documentation and questions need to be anchored.

• Degree from a Technical Informatics program.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as documentation and customer contacts occur in both languages.
• 1-7 years of experience working in UPTIME 4 or similar XML/CMS tools.
• Strong interest in technology.
• You work analytically, take responsibility, and drive your work forward with your own initiatives.

• Experience with maintenance and repair instructions.
• Experience with testing and troubleshooting instructions.
• Experience with software usage instructions.
• Knowledge of S1000D.
• Knowledge of Simplified Technical English (STE).
• Experience with Photoshop.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
